Chief Executive Officer
Noelle Brennan ’16 is a junior at Fordham University, majoring in Finance and minoring in Accounting. She is Chief Executive Officer of Fordham SWS and Senior Analyst on the SWS Research Team, where she represented Fordham in the SWS National Stock Pitch competition. As a member of the Gabelli School of Business Global Business Honors Program, Noelle participates in international study tours and engages with a global finance curriculum. She also is the Consumer Discretionary Analyst on Fordham’s Student Managed Investment Fund. Noelle has had internships at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management and J.P. Morgan Chase Middle Market Banking. This summer, Noelle will be joining J.P. Morgan as a Summer Analyst in Investment Bank Credit Risk. In her free time, she enjoys reading and drawing.
Chief Development Officer
Abigail Harman ’16 is a junior at Fordham University studying applied accounting and finance. Last semester she studied international business in London. She joined Smart Woman Securities her freshman year and was a healthcare analyst on Smart Woman Securities’ research team. She spent her sophomore year as an accounting intern at Batyr & Co. and this past summer as a wealth management analyst at UBS. In addition to Smart Woman Securities, Abigail was on Fordham University’s Student Activities Budget Committee and volunteered with Fordham Road Business Improvement District her freshman and sophomore years. In her free time she enjoys traveling and running.
Chief Investment Officer
Leona Lam ’16 is a junior at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. She is majoring in Public Accounting with a minor in Economics. As a member of the Global Business Honors Program, Leona has traveled to London, Paris, and Beijing, visiting multinational corporations and speaking to experienced industry professionals. She spent a summer abroad in Hong Kong and Shanghai, studying the China economy and marketing, and a summer interning at the U.S. Department of Commerce in Washington, D.C. Leona also studied abroad in London for a semester and interned in the Global Mobility Services practice at KPMG UK. On campus, Leona is in charge of managing the SWS Equity Research Team and is an active member of the Gabelli School of Business’s Dean’s Council. She is also a member of the Father William E. Boyle, S.J. Society, Alpha Sigma Nu, and Beta Alpha Psi because of her academic achievements and altruistic endeavors. Additionally, Leona has also participated and placed in accounting and finance-related case competitions. In her free time, she loves to listen to music and to travel the world.
Chief Operating Officer
Erika Schwartz ‘17 is a sophomore from Rochester, NY studying at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. She is planning on majoring in Accounting and minoring in Economics. Last semester, Erika interned at AXA Advisors in the personal finance division. This semester, she will be interning in the global wealth management division at Merrill Lynch. On campus, Erika is on the Alumni Outreach Committee for Fordham’s Career Ambassador Club, is in Beta Alpha Psi, and is a member of the Boyle Society. She is also an active member of the Intramural Soccer team. In her free time, Erika loves to travel, waterski, play soccer, read, and spend time with friends and family.
Chief Marketing Officer
Laura Nevins ’17 is a sophomore at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business where she is majoring in Public Accounting. She plans to pursue a Master of Science in Accounting and become a CPA after graduation. Laura has interned in the finance department at Dow Jones and served as a representative for Spotify on Fordham’s campus. In addition to Smart Woman Securities, she is also involved on campus through volunteering with CitySquash and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. In the fall of 2014, Laura participated in a regional tax competition with Deloitte. Laura has been a part of SWS since beginning her freshman year at Fordham and is honored to be part of the Executive Board.
Junior Chief Development Officer
Lauren Kelly ’18 is a freshman at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, planning to major in finance. She thoroughly enjoyed her involvement with SWS as freshman liaison in her first semester and looks forward to taking on more responsibility in her new role as junior Chief Development Officer. She has previously interned at the Superior Court of Monmouth County, NJ, and this semester she will be interning at AXA Advisors under a risk management advisor. Lauren is also excited to improve her knowledge of financial metrics and valuation as the industrials sector analyst for SWS Research Team this spring. On campus, Lauren is a member of Dean’s Council, Campus Activities Board, and volunteers as a tutor at a local middle school.
Rose LoTempio ’18 is a freshman majoring in Finance at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Rose enjoys traveling, Tedtalks and cooking. She has also previously interned at FKQ Advertising.
