Chief Executive Officer
Shannon Harman ’17 is a junior at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business majoring in Applied Accounting and Finance. She became an associate of Smart Woman Securities her freshman year. Shannon was also an industrial goods and services sector analysts on SWS’s research team. In her fall semester of her junior year, she studied abroad in London. Now, Shannon is a real estate analyst for Fordham’s Student Managed Investment Fund. She has previously worked as an AdSales intern at Redbook Magazine and as a tax intern at Prospect Capital Management. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and watching movies.
Chief Development Officer
Lauren Kelly ’18 is a sophomore at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business majoring in finance. She has been on the SWS e-board since the fall semester of her freshman year, and looks forward to contributing to the club in her new role as Chief Development Officer. A former industrials and consumer discretionary analyst on the SWS Research Team, Lauren will be a senior analyst on the investment board this semester. She spent this past summer interning for a top financial advisor at UBS Wealth Management, and continues to do so during the school year. In the summer of 2016, she will be interning as an investment banking summer analyst at Barclays in New York.
Chief Operating Officer
Erika Schwartz ’17 is a junior at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business where she is majoring in Public Accounting and minoring in Economics. She is pursuing an MBA in Accounting and plans on becoming CPA-certified post-graduation. Erika became an SWS associate her freshman year and formerly served at the Consumer Staples sector analyst. Last fall, Erika studied abroad in London, took accounting and taxation courses, and traveled to 11 different countries. This semester, Erika will be interning with Fordham IT in the Project Management division. In addition to Smart Woman Securities, Erika is on the Alumni Outreach Committee for Fordham’s Career Ambassador Club, is in Beta Alpha Psi, and is a member of the Boyle Society where she serves as a math and economics tutor. This summer, she will be interning at Deloitte in the advisory division. In her free time, Erika loves to travel, take spinning classes, play soccer, read, and spend time with friends and family.
Chief Investment Officer
Paige Dalcourt ’18 is a Sophomore at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, majoring in Finance with a concentration in Investment Management. She has been involved with Smart Woman Securities (“SWS”) since her Freshman year, previously holding the position as an Equity Research Analyst covering the Information Technology (IT) sector on the SWS Fordham Research Team and currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO). In addition to SWS, Paige has been inducted into the Rose Hill Society to serve as a University Ambassador, and selected to be a member of Fordham University’s 2015 Deliotte FanTAXtic Case Study Competition team. Since summer of 2015, Paige has been working for the Miami International Securities Exchange, LLC (“MIAX” Options Exchange) as a Trading Operations & Business Strategy Intern. In her free time, Paige loves Irish-step dancing, snowboarding, playing softball, painting and spending time with friends and family.
Chief Marketing Officer
Meaghan Courtney ’18 is a sophomore at Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business where she is majoring in Accounting and minoring in Economics. She plans on becoming a CPA post-graduation. She joined SWS during the spring of her freshman year and became an associate this fall. Meaghan is currently interning at Smyle and Associates, LLC focusing on tax. In addition to her involvement in SWS, Meaghan has been involved in Global Outreach, and plans to be more involved in Beta Alpha Psi. In her free time, Meaghan enjoys running, trying new foods, and exploring different cities.
Malaika Dadgar ’19 is a freshman at Fordham University studying Applied Accounting and Finance. She joined smart woman securities during her first semester at Fordham and is the current freshman liason. Before she moved to New York she lived in Swaziland and spent a semester studying at the University of Cape Town.
Zoe Robinson ’19 is a freshman at Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business where she is majoring in Accounting. After graduation, she hopes to become a CPA. She joined SWS during the fall of her freshman year and is currently the freshman liaison. In addition to her second semester as freshman liaison, this spring she will be a healthcare analyst on the SWS research team. In her free time, Zoe loves traveling domestically and internationally with family and friends.
