Chief Executive Officer
Nicole D’Souza ’13, Chief Executive Officer is a senior at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. Nicole is majoring in Finance with a minor in Economics. Nicole has previously interned with Sarah Hall Productions and UBS. She will be interning this summer in Global Asset Management at UBS. Nicole founded the SWS Investment Fund at Fordham and co-founded the Smart Woman Supporters peer mentorship program.
Chief Operating Officer
Meghan Muha ’14 is a junior in the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. She is a business major concentrating in finance, with a minor in business law. In her spare time, she enjoys running, swimming, and skiing. Meghan has earned her Girl Scout Gold Award and enjoys participating in Midnight Runs, which are trips to deliver food, clothing, and lots of happiness to the homeless of New York City. Meghan is from Cedar Knolls, New Jersey. She has two brothers and a yellow lab, Rosie!
Claire L. Smith
Chief Development Officer
Claire L. Smith ‘12 will be graduating from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University in December of 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance, and a minor in French. Claire studied for a semester in Paris, France, through the IES Business and International Affairs Program. During the summer of 2010, Claire interned at the Northern California World Trade Center in Sacramento, California, working closely with the International Visitor Leadership Program. During the summer of 2012, Claire will be interning at J.P. Morgan in the Finance Summer Analyst Development Program in New York. In addition to her role in Smart Woman Securities, Claire is involved in several on-campus organizations at Fordham. Claire was selected to participate in the 2011 Fordham Finance Scholars Program. She also served as a Program Coordinator on the Leader Team for the Fordham University Emerging Leaders (FUEL) Program and as the Community Service & Outreach Co-Chair for the Campus Activities Board (CAB). In her free time, Claire pursues her life-long commitment to classical ballet training and performance.
Louise Nikki de Castro

Louise Nikki de Castro ’14 is a junior at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, where she is majoring in Public Accounting. Nikki has interned for Merrill Lynch, UBS, and The Hartford, attaining a solid financial background to help her in a career in Accounting. Aside from Smart Woman Securities, Nikki is involved with the BlackBerry Ambassador Program where she markets and executes BlackBerry themed events throughout campus. As an avid LA Lakers fan, she spends her free time watching basketball games as well as playing the piano and violin.
Chief Marketing Officer
Birmania Fermin ’13 is a senior at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. She is majoring in Business Administration with a dual concentration in finance and information technology and minoring in economics. During the spring 2012 semester she is interning in the finance department of the New York State Human Rights Division. Aside from Smart Woman Securities, Birmania is also part of the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA). During her free time, Birmania likes to go to the movies and hang out with her friends.

Alexis Summit is the Chief Investing Officer for SWS at Fordham University where she is a junior. She is a business administration major with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship. As a research analyst, she pitched Monster Beverage Corporation as a BUY.
